Carrot Salad

This is a great summer side dish. Its light, served cold, and very fresh.

Ingredients:
2 cups fresh grated carrots
1/4 cup chopped yellow raisins
1/4 cup diced pineapple
1/3 sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 a squeezed lemon
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all the above ingredients, and serve! Pretty simple, huh?
